Buffalo Happy Hour is more than just a production company. When Derek and MIke started this podcast, both of them had Whiskey as a common interest that made itself a focal point of each show. Since then, they both became Certified Bourbon Stewards through Stave & Thief at Moonshine University. A section of their production is weekly whiskey ratings, so they wanted to continue to be credible even through their humor and sometimes unprofessional antics. It didn’t stop there. After some time of doing whiskey reviews, the boys started being Whiskey Educators hosting whiskey tasting events that include all types of whiskey. Again to aid in their professionalism and trustworthiness, both boys added more certifications to their name. In addition to the Certified Bourbon Stewards, Derek is a Certified Scotch Professional and Mike is a Certified Bourbon Professional.
